Return from Iona

Hello, fellow pilgrims.

Having returned from Iona, a very sacred and beautiful island on the north west coast of Scotland, I am thinking about John Philip Newell's encouragement to the us pilgrims who followed him two weeks ago today. We stood where the two roads of Iona crossed and called to mind decisions we've made or are making, as well as some decisions that may very well be making us. 

 Each time we face a decision, we stand at a crossroad--an opportunity to choose what will give more or less life.

After pausing at that crossing in Iona and choosing our direction, we continued walking in silence.
